Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Queuarium is provided by Quantum Solutions d.o.o., Ulica don Frane Bulića 2, Popovec, 10360 Sesvete, Croatia, VAT ID HR32713130038 ("we", "us"). Contact: queuarium@quantum-solutions.hr. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. What Queuarium does
Queuarium lets you connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, compose posts, schedule them, publish them to those accounts, and see how they performed. It also offers an API so your own software can schedule posts through your account (see section 7).
3. Who may use it
Queuarium is sold to consumers for personal use. We do not offer business-to-business contracts and do not issue business invoices with a buyer VAT identification number. You must be at least 16 and provide a real email address, which we ask you to confirm before you can publish anything.
4. Your accounts on other networks
You keep full control of the accounts you connect. You must own them or have permission to manage them, and you must follow each network's own terms:
- TikTok: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- YouTube: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Facebook: Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards
- Instagram: Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
- Pinterest: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
We publish only what you schedule, at the time you choose. You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the access we hold for it.
The networks may change, limit or withdraw their APIs, and may reject or remove content for their own reasons. When that happens the affected feature may stop working through no fault of ours.
5. YouTube API Services
Queuarium publishes to YouTube through YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's use of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. What we access and store, and for how long, is set out in the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Queuarium's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by disconnecting the channel inside Queuarium. Queuarium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
6. What you may not do
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that breaks the rules of the network you are posting to.
- Operate accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage, or use Queuarium to run networks of accounts that pretend to be unrelated people.
- Publish the same or near-identical content across many accounts to game a network's recommendation system, or otherwise generate spam or artificial engagement.
- Resell or white-label Queuarium, share one account among people who should each have their own, or exceed your plan by technical means.
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to distribute malware.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. The Queuarium API
With an API key, software you control can upload media, create and schedule posts, and read the status and statistics of your posts in your workspace. Keep your keys secret: whatever is done with a key counts as done by you. You can revoke a key at any time under Settings → API.
YouTube is not available through the API, because YouTube's API policies do not allow it: schedule YouTube posts and see their statistics in Queuarium itself. TikTok posts created through the API go to your TikTok inbox, where you finish them in the TikTok app.
Statistics and other information that comes from the social networks is made available to you on a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, for managing your own accounts. You may not sell, license or republish it, or offer it to others as a data service, and you may not use it in a way that would break the terms of the network it comes from, including Meta's Platform Terms for information from Facebook and Instagram and TikTok's Developer Terms for information from TikTok and Pinterest's Developer Guidelines for information from Pinterest. If you pass it to another service, such as an automation tool, you are responsible for that service handling it the same way.
8. Your content
Everything you upload stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, transform it as a network requires, and transmit it to the accounts you selected. We do not use your content to advertise, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
9. Plans, prices and payment
The Basic plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. All prices shown are in euro and include VAT. Your plan renews automatically for the same period until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing page; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Every payment gets an invoice, which we email to you and which is reported to the Croatian tax authority as the law requires.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of starting it, without giving a reason. Because you ask us, when you start the plan, to begin providing the service straight away, a withdrawal within those 14 days is refunded minus a proportionate amount for the days the plan was active. To withdraw, write to us at the address in section 1; you may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you paid with.
11. Availability
We work to keep Queuarium available but we do not promise a specific uptime. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something significant on a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of what you paid.
12. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Apart from that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost audience or lost opportunity, nor for anything a social network does to your account or your content.
13. Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Profile → Delete account, and a workspace you own under Settings → Workspace; the paid plan of what you delete then ends immediately, and the rest of the period is not refunded except within the 14 days described in section 10. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. When the account closes we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep for accounting.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that affect you materially we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use Queuarium after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Law and disputes
Croatian law applies, and the courts of Zagreb have jurisdiction, but this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to us at the address in section 1: we confirm receipt without delay and answer in writing within 15 days. Consumers may also refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body or to their national consumer protection authority.
